Situated 75km south of Perth Halls Head Shopping Centre consisted of a number of specialty shops including major retailor IGA. The shopping centre’s overall floor size before project completion was 5979m², once completed the shopping centre expanded to 18,211m² increasing the number of specialty shops including new major retailers such as Kmart and Aldi, also expansion of the car parking facilities.

Client: Doric Construction

Scope of Works:

  • Installation of timber pergolas
  • Installation of feature timber works too alfresco
  • Installation of feature timber louvres to existing shopping centre
  • Installation of feature ceilings and bulk heads to new mall
  • General carpentry

Project Duration: November 2015 – March 2016

Approximate value: $1 million
